Talk about coveted and rare, this is the original Glasgow, Scotland made Bell’s Three Nuns from the early 1980’s. True original Virginia / Perique contents! The W.D. & H.O. Wills Era (1957–1980s): J. & F. Bell eventually merged into corporate entities that formed the Imperial Tobacco Company, and in 1957, production of Three Nuns was formally transferred to the W.D. & H.O. Wills branch of Imperial Tobacco. This 100g tin is from this celebrated era and bears the Wills name and is certainly famous among collectors for containing the classic Virginia and Perique (VaPer) recipe.
