Davidoff Royalty 50g tins – 1990’s era

Davidoff Royalty is one of the original Robert McConnell greats, although it began under another name (Cromwell), and was a part of the Elephant & Castle line-up. Davidoff Royalty pipe tobacco is owned by the Swiss luxury tobacco group Oettinger Davidoff AG, but the blend itself is manufactured by Orlik in Denmark. Although I was given no actual year of production, these older 50g tins are from some point in the 1990’s, so the fine tobacco within is now at least 27-years old!
