Elephant & Castle New World 50g tin – 1980’s era and Made by McConnell’s in England

For those of you old timers (like me), well remember the short lived Elephant & Castle lineup of tobacco blends. They were made by the original McConnell’s factory  in England, and this tin of “New World,” was spectacular , as noted by tobaccoreviews.com: “A lush “Old World” base mixed with the “forbidden cigar leaf” to create a “New World” taste sensation. Contents: Cavendish, non-embargo imported to England Cigar Leaf, Oriental/Turkish, Virginia.”
