McConnell’s 1980’s era Rattray’s Jock’s Mixture 4 oz tins

These Rattray’s Jock’s Mixture tins have the pictorial lid opening instructions, silver tin bottoms and weight listed in ounces, indicating Robert McConnell’s era production in the 1980’s. During that time period the tin labels still said “Blended by Charles Rattray at Perth, Scotland.” Someone handed dated a few of these tins to 1991, but that had to be the year of purchase. Ripe old McConnell’s made leaf awaits you! Per – “A very dark and full-bodied, mild mixture of surprising flavor and very slow burning with exactly the necessary touch of latakia supported by a good portion of unflavored Virginia cavendish.”
