Van Rossem’s Original Schippers Tobak Special Blend 100g tins – 1960’s era

This is the quit rare and prized Schippers Tobak “Special” blend that I’ve been fortunate to sell from time to time and the feedback is always terrific. Van Rossem of Rotterdam, Holland, began producing this blend in the year 1960 and these tins are from that era. It is a rich, shag cut tobacco with Virginia and Burley leading the way, but extra strength is provided by dark, fire-cured Kentucky.

Notes of Interest: Van Rossem went out of business in 1990. In 2014, the Scandinavian Tobacco Group picked up some of the original Van Rossem blends, including Schippers, but the recipes are different than the originals, which are offered in this listing.
